Inspect and clean battery; fill battery cells; check battery cables, connectors, clamps, and hold-downs.  I accomplished this task by cleaning the surface of the battery and testing for voltage loss between the two terminals. As a part of that test, me and Lucas checked the battery cables, connectors, clamps and hold downs, and we determined that the hold downs where non existent. This picture here shows the proper battery cables and connectors and a proper hold down.
